Why RemoteAbility works

Practical pathways, modern tools, and real client work — not theory. Accessibility is built in from day one.

💻

Accessible by default

Captioned content, screen‑reader‑friendly docs, flexible pacing, and one‑to‑one support. No jargon. No gatekeeping.

🧩

Equipment & setup

We help secure Access to Work funding and partner with tech companies who donate or discount laptops, headsets, ergonomic chairs, and assistive software.

🚀

Learn by doing

Live campaigns with real partners replace simulations. Early earnings build confidence and momentum.

The four phases

1) Set Up & Outreach

Work with charities, councils, and providers to create referral routes. Secure, privacy‑first systems connect people to real opportunities.

2) Equip & Enable

Grant support (up to £69,260 per person) plus donated/discounted tech and workspace checks so everyone can start on equal footing.

3) Train & Deploy

4–6 weeks of guided practice on real projects: ethical sales, communication, data protection, and professional delivery.

4) Scale & Progress

Progress into freelance or employed roles with ongoing mentoring, wellbeing support, and advanced modules.
