  • You're currently unemployed or underemployed
  • You want to work remotely from home
  • You're motivated to learn new digital skills
  • You can commit to at least 5-10 hours per week initially
  • You have access to the internet (mobile or broadband)
  • You're based in the UK

  • No prior experience required in Sales, SEO, or AI—we train from scratch.
  • Willingness to learn: You'll be working with new tools, systems, and clients.
  • Reliable communication: Respond to messages, attend check-ins, ask for help when needed.
  • Commitment to your pathway: Stay engaged with training and client work.
  • Openness about adjustments: Tell us what you need to succeed—we'll work with you.

We don't require qualifications, CVs, or interviews. Just honesty about your situation and commitment to the process.

If you're a good fit, we'll invite you to a casual 20-minute call to answer questions and discuss next steps. No pressure, no judgment.

Onboarding & Setup

You'll be assigned a pathway coordinator, receive your welcome pack, and start the Access to Work application if needed.

Training Begins

Join your cohort, meet your team, and start learning. Within 3 weeks, you'll be working on real client projects.
