Equip & Enable: Tools & Training for Success

Removing barriers by securing the equipment, software, and adjustments you need to work comfortably from home.

Access to Work Support

We guide you through the Access to Work application process. This government scheme can provide up to £69,260 to cover:

  • Laptops, monitors, and peripherals
  • Ergonomic furniture (desks, chairs, footrests)
  • Assistive technology (screen readers, voice recognition)
  • Software subscriptions and tools
  • Job coaching or support workers
  • Additional travel or communication support

Our Role

  • Eligibility assessment and application support
  • Equipment specification and vendor coordination
  • Setup assistance and training on new tools
  • "Remote readiness" check to ensure you can work safely

Phase 3

Train & Deploy: Real Remote Work Experience

Real training on real projects. Build skills, confidence, and your portfolio through live client work.
